5. Token Purchases & Refunds

  • Virtual Currency: The app uses "Tokens" or "Credits" for AI queries. These are virtual goods with no monetary value outside the app.

  • Payment Processing: All transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing. We do not store your credit card or banking details.

  • Refund Policy: All sales of Token packs are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by law or Google Play's refund policies. Since tokens are "consumable" items, they cannot be refunded once used.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change token prices at any time without notice.

6. User Data & Privacy Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not collect personal identifiers (name, email, phone) unless you contact support.

  • Search history is stored locally on your device.

  • We use third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, OpenAI, AdMob) which handle data according to their own policies.

7. Intellectual Property All content, design, graphics, code, and branding of AI Pill Identifier & Info are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
