1. Use of the App

  • Use automated tools to extract data

  • Share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

2. AI-Generated Information

Our app uses AI models (OpenAI) to generate pill-related and medicine-related information.

Important:

  • The information may not be 100% accurate.

  • The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult a licensed doctor or pharmacist for medical decisions.

  • The app must not be used in medical emergencies.

You acknowledge that use of AI-generated information is at your own risk.

3. Token Purchases & Payments

The app uses a token-based system for AI queries.

  • Tokens are sold via Google Play Billing.

  • All purchases are handled securely by Google Play.

  • We do not store or process payment details.

  • Token purchases are non-refundable except where required by Google Play policies.

  • Prices may change in the future.

4. User Data & Privacy

By using the app, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Key points:

  • We do NOT collect personal identifiable information.

  • We store AI queries (text only) to improve user experience.

  • We use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Google Analytics, and AdMob.

  • We NEVER sell or share your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, UI, branding, icons, and design elements are owned by the developer.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Republish

…any part of the app without written permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but:

  • The app may experience downtime

  • AI models may fail or be unavailable

  • Tokens may not process during outages

We are not liable for service interruptions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Accuracy of AI medical information

  • Availability of service

  • Error-free operation

You use the app entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete medicine information

  • Medical decisions made based on app output

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of tokens

  • Device damage

  • Third-party damages

Your maximum remedy is discontinuing use of the app.

The app integrates with:

Each has its own Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Abuse the app

  • Violate Terms

  • Attempt fraudulent activity
