PRIVACY POLICY — WORD BLOOM

This Privacy Policy explains how Step Technovision ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game "Word Bloom: Word Connect" ("Word Bloom", or the "Game"). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.


1. WHO WE ARE

The Game is developed and published by Step Technovision. You can contact us at any time at: steptechnovision@gmail.com.


2. A NOTE ON WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

The Game does not require you to create an account or to sign in. We do not ask you for, and we do not collect, your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data, or your precise (GPS) location.


3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you use the Game, certain information is collected automatically by us and by the third-party services we use (described in Section 6):

  a) Device and technical identifiers, including your device's Advertising ID (a resettable identifier), an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system version, language, and country/region.

  b) App activity and usage, such as levels started and completed, features used, in-app events, and session information. This is used for analytics.

  c) Diagnostics and crash information, such as crash logs, error reports, and performance/diagnostic data, used to keep the Game stable.

  d) Approximate, coarse location may be inferred by our advertising and analytics providers from your IP address (for example, to show region-appropriate ads). We do not collect precise device location.


4. IN-APP PURCHASES

The Game offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can deliver the corresponding in-game items.


5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information described above to:

  - operate, maintain, and improve the Game;

  - display and measure advertisements (including frequency capping and preventing fraud/abuse);

  - understand how players use the Game through analytics so we can improve it;

  - detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical problems;

  - deliver in-app purchases and provide customer support;

  - protect the security and integrity of the Game; and

  - comply with legal obligations.


6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WE USE

We use trusted third-party services that may collect and process information as described in their own privacy policies:

  - Google AdMob (advertising): https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

  - Google Firebase Analytics (usage analytics): https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

  - Google Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting): https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

7. ADVERTISING AND YOUR CHOICES

The Game is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Ads may be personalized (based on your Advertising ID and interests) or non-personalized. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a consent choice (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, and you may change your choice later from the Game's Settings ("Privacy options"). You can also:

  - reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads), and

  - opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.


8. DATA SHARING

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the automatically-collected identifiers and diagnostic data described above with the third-party service providers listed in Section 6 solely so they can perform advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting on our behalf. Some advertising partners may use identifiers to show personalized ads; under certain laws (such as the California CPRA) this may be considered "sharing." You can opt out as described in Sections 7 and 10.


9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us at steptechnovision@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.


10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

  - If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR/UK GDPR): the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. The legal bases we rely on are your consent (for personalized ads where required) and our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Game). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

  - If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): the rights to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email us at steptechnovision@gmail.com. Because the Game has no user accounts, we may ask you for information (such as your Advertising ID) to help us locate and act on the limited data associated with your device.


11. DATA DELETION REQUESTS

Since the Game does not use accounts, most data is either stored only on your device or is anonymous/pseudonymous (tied to a resettable Advertising ID). You can remove locally-stored game data at any time by uninstalling the Game, and you can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings. To request deletion of any data we or our providers may hold, email steptechnovision@gmail.com.


12. DATA RETENTION

We retain automatically-collected analytics and diagnostic data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, in accordance with our service providers' default retention settings. We do not maintain personal profiles about you.


13. DATA SECURITY

Information transmitted by the Game and our providers is protected in transit using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


14. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

The third-party services we use may process information on servers located in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards under the providers' terms.


15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
