TERMS AND CONDITIONS — WORD BLOOM

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Step Technovision ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your download and use of the mobile game "Word Bloom: Word Connect" ("Word Bloom", or the "Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Game and to make any purchases. By using the Game you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. LICENSE TO USE THE GAME

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

3. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND VIRTUAL CURRENCY

The Game includes virtual items and virtual currency, such as coins, power-ups (for example hints and reveals), themes, and VIP benefits (collectively, "Virtual Items").

  a) Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own them.

  b) Virtual Items have NO monetary value, are NOT real currency, and CANNOT be redeemed for, exchanged for, or converted into real money, goods, or anything of value outside the Game.

  c) Virtual Items are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, gifted, or sub-licensed.

  d) We may create, control, modify, remove, expire, or eliminate Virtual Items, prices, and rewards at any time, with or without notice, and we have no liability for doing so.

  e) You have no right or title in any Virtual Items, and any balance of Virtual Items does not reflect any stored value.

4. PURCHASES, BILLING, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

  a) The Game offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and are also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

  b) Subscriptions (such as VIP) automatically renew for the same period and at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play (Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).

  c) Prices, offers, and the contents of any pack or subscription may change at any time.

5. NO REFUNDS

ALL PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, and we do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any Virtual Items or subscriptions, whether used or unused, EXCEPT (i) where a refund is required by applicable law, or (ii) where a refund is granted under Google Play's own refund policies. Because purchases are handled by Google Play, any refund request permitted by Google must be made through Google Play, subject to Google's policies. We do not control and are not responsible for Google's refund decisions. Deleting or uninstalling the Game, or loss of Virtual Items due to a violation of these Terms, does not entitle you to any refund.

6. ADVERTISEMENTS

The Game is supported by third-party advertising (including rewarded and interstitial ads). By using the Game you agree that ads may be shown. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree that you will NOT:

  - cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage or affect scores, currency, or rewards;

  - reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Game, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;

  - attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, our systems, or other users' data;

  - use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

  - remove, obscure, or alter any notices or ads in the Game; or

  - interfere with or disrupt the Game or the servers or networks connected to it.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game, including its code, design, graphics, artwork, text, logos, and all other content (excluding third-party content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Game uses third-party services (including Google AdMob, Google Firebase, Google Play Services, and Google Play Billing). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. GAME AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game (including features, levels, Virtual Items, and events) at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR VIRTUAL ITEMS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE GAME WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US THROUGH THE GAME IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD 5.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Game or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game (including any Virtual Items) at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 5, 8, 11, 12, and 13) will survive.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
